add identity based auth too clickhouse featured and get it merged by upstream

Description

Within click House there is a feature called S3queue it has a capability to move objects after they are Read in. This feature hard requires access keys where has the rest of the platform will allow you to use ec2 auth. I would like this discrepancy resolved. This task is considered resolved when this feature is in a release of clickhouse
